Well i was doin 15mph.. it would be inpossible to go faster than that for the cirumstances...

no,theres no reason to contest it - he ran in the back of him - u shuld always pre empt the unexpected - if he'd have done so - he wouldnt have run in the back of him cause he'd have left mroe room/not accelerated so hard etc

surely your insurance company will laugh, i mean a grand for a number plate?
take it there were no witnesses or anything? would have slapped the pug driving for 1) not being able to drive and 2) for owning such a shite car in a shite colour

this is true
2 years ago, i had some old fart in front of me at a set of lights once, she put the car in reverse instead of first & reversed into me! there was nothing I could do 
she then claimed against ME saying I ran in the back of her & also claimed for injuries luckily there was CCTV just being trialled in the town & I knew the main bloke in charge of it as I was seeing his daughter, so I got a copy of the tapes off him & contested it in court. She got nothing & I got the front of my car sorted

I tried contesting an accident i had at work when i ran into the back of someone, she stopped to turn right and indicated right on the jct, i couldnt stop and hit her. I contested it saying she braked and indicated right on the jct, she even admitted that but i hit the back of her end of no arguement
