Ok I aint putting this up in classifieds for the simple reason this has to be shifted within a week, 2 weeks maximum! It has been advertised in AutoTrader and such, but my mum was intefering and trying to get £300 for it, so now its down to a price which should see it gone (hopefully) very soon!

1989 Blue Sierra LX Estate 1.6 8v RWD (Carb engine)

was an MOT Fail just under a year ago (unsure of exact date, my dad will be getting the details for me soon), but think it would of cost around £300 for a garage to repair, so probs about a ton for someone to do at home or something.

I will also get up a few pics of it as soon as I can (probs within next half hour)

Basically we want rid, and the going price is £15 collected!

If no-one wants the complete car, and just some bits, then make us an offer, the car is complete, except for the passenger-side wing mirror which is missing.

Also comes complete with extra 2 front seats from a 1996 Corsa LS (but the pre-tensioners have fired as I got them from the scrappy)

Interior & bodywork is what you would expect for its age, but TBH it is in better condition than similiar mileage sierra's of its age.

No interior damage (well nothing major or bad), as was used as a family car, and also towed a caravan so has a tow hook.

Engine was replaced a few years ago, mainly as it was cheaper to do this than replace the headgasket as it went when we had that big freeze a few years back so we just got another engine in which at the time had only 89k miles on it (old engine had done 130k miles before it had gone), and the car hasn't been driven much at all so the engine I suspect will be under 95k miles.

Also even though the car has been stood for some while now, the engine is still fired up every-so-often just to keep it in shape incase anyone came & made us an offer.

It's up to you, if anyone wants it or wants some bits your welcome to it! £15 for the complete car, or make us an offer on some parts! Otherwise in 2 weeks, its going to the scrappy!

Paul - advertise this on kit car web sites etc. that'll make a nice donor car for someone. Make sure you'r clear on how good the gearbox, rear subframe and door seals are, it'll be gone within the hour

it runs ok though just rear brakes & suspension needs lookin at hence why it was an MOT fail

just at the time we had another car (the astra) which was on the road, so the sierra was put to one side to be fixed at a later date & now decided to get rid

unfortunately though you need to be a club member to advertise within the classified section so as I posted in chit-chat on there just to ask about how I can post about it, it got deleted & I am now barred...
