Do you think it might be that the transponder calibrations are out of sync with the space time continuam, meaning that you are actually changing it, just it'll change in 20 mins...

Change you post picture then check uts changed by looking at one of your posts you've done before. If not changed refresh the page. Solved the problem for me.
