If there are no company policies about this, is it a bad thing?
My new boss is 23, loves her hardcore and Drum N Bass (my fav music, big part of my life) is pretty fit, and is realllly nice. She reckons she doesnt shag people she works with, but she said she might crash at mine on saturday night (going out clubbing, and its hard for her to get home cos she lives 15 miles away) Anyone with any experiences?

My boss left his girlfriend and kids to go out with an employee half his age. They've been together for about 6months now and they live together and the company is falling apart because of the situation.

I disagree with it. Personal life should be kept seperate from work imo.

Sort of agree, but not 100% depends on how close they have to work together, it can turn nasty when things go wrong though

Loads of people in my place are married to people who work here, but the majority don't have to work together
