i need new tyres - as soon as really
which are the best to go for ....?????
im beyond poor at the mo- so i cant get top of the range pricey ones
i want ones which are good for lasting tread...
at the mo- i have yoko rubber - WHICH ARE RUBBISH
so-
please help
i want lasting, rather than performance guys

I was only thinking of your alloys - it's good to have the flange protector as you're more likely to hit that against the kerb than your newly painted wheels!!

Its a bit of the side wall that sticks out further than the rim of the wheel so that it gives you a bit more of a buffer if you hit a kurb. Good if you've got the space, not so good if your wheels are already scrubbing slightly .

Yesh - flange (or rim) protectors are nice to have. Not worth paying extra for, but nice to have nontheless.
