I was getting a bit lardy so i decided to go on a bit of a det thang... Its like a "Carb curfew" so after 5pm NO CARBS...

Well alongside this i am also doing weights (free weights) and a bit of joggin/walking.. and skiping

When it gets a little warmer i am gonna buy a bike and do some much needed rideing..

So far i have lost 10lbs, my goal is 1 1/2 stone.. Ready for summer time

Really happy with myself at the mo

i was 17 stone 12lbs

now 17 stone 2lbs

want to get down to around 16 7lbs... but that will take A LOT of work...

but i am 6ft 7"...so its not THAT bad

Yeh coz your tall your gonna be heavy... - I'm only 5ft 11...

But I'd like to be down to 10 stone 5-> 11 stone flat - (note I'm doing weights occasionally too)

I am 12 stone, I need to loose a little bit, but my ideal weight is about 11st'2 anyway cos' of my build

This has inspired me i'm going the gym tomorrow now

only thing is the more i work out the heavier i will be.. cos mustle weights 3 times that of fat.. So if i loose a load of weight and work out as well, i will only really be loosing bodyfat, and gaining mustle...

I will still weigh in around 16 -17 stone but will have limited fat

yeah in some pcis i dont look THAT tall, but when people meet me they are always like "Fookin hell your huge"
