XP pro should easily be able to sort partitions with a max of about 120GB

XP pro should easily be able to sort partitions with a max of about 2TB. The reason you can only create a max of 33GB is because your motherboard is outdated and designed with windows 98 in mind, when back in those days it was rare for someone to have more than 10gb HDD. You can flash your motherboard for new BIOS settings and this should work, you just need to find out the motherboard make and model. If its the popular Intel 440BX/LX chipset, you wont be able to flash the BIOS since it wasnt afeature on thee boards. It was a trade off for having the first capabilities of USB ports.
