do not sign it
as they have to prove u was driving if u do

fill it out with your details but do not sign

i went threw red light in the end of Aurgust last year, filled in in and did not sign heard nothing at all

yeah i got one cos i cut in the bus lane 2 meters b4 the end of it and at 5 mins to 6 and all

went on holiday and came back to a 100 pound fine

My mate sent his ticket back which wasny signed by him, he promptly got it ruturned with a pen aswell

yeh then send it back again un signed... I know a couple of people have said on the site they did this several times and finally they stopped sending it ...

I'd sign it, read in local paper someone didn't sign their speeding ticket and they were taken to court and fined heavily. Don't think that loophole really works anymore

claim that as you were not in the car you do not know who was driving it. once you have filled out that form with a statement then they can't do anything unless they can prove with photographic evidence who was driving the car. once you have actually filled int eh form then you have carried out your part. if it goes to court you can keep quite due to the human rights laws.

nope not true. thats only if you refuse to say who was driving. if you make a statement that you were not in the car at the time. they have to prove you were. there was a high up police officer that siad he could not remember who was driving at the time. he was let off

Yup, paid it today, £50 is a bit extreme though, £30 I wouldn't have minded so much... Hope the fcuker in front of me got a ticket as well tho!
