Plastic LET cover has DOHC on the side. XE metal one has it on the top.

nope the differences is one is an early XE and ones a late XE hence the diff spark plug cover

plus i was told (not sure i belive it) u can tell whether its got a coastcast head by this as early ones had them on the side IRRC
