I don't. My first car was a Ford and if a suitable example came along, I would certainly sell a Corsa to buy it.

I don't care about makes... I buy a car based on that particular car... I do like Honda's (for obv reasons) but I wouldn't keep buying a car just because of the make, I buy on merit alone

Cos where I live only pikies drive them. I don't like pikies, therefore I don't like thier cars, which happen to be Fords.

i dont dislike ford, i personally feel citroen saxo's are more in competition with vauxhall corsas aswell

I do however hate those stupid locks on Fords  AN the plastic they use on Ford dashes and ditto in VW dashes

They are horrible quality, tacky and fall apart. Im not saying vauxhalls are perfect but they are a hell of a lot better then Fords.

my dad has owned 2 sierra's and a mondeo he crased one i did the other and a taxi wrote off the mondeo
never had any real trouble with any of them i now have a corsa and marc has a mk3 feista
the corsa is better built than the fiesta - interior wise but it has done 30k more than my corsa.
the only difference i can say id that the fiesta has poor doorcards.
but the bigger models mondeo focus etc seem to be fine.

cvh engine sounds gay for starters, tacky interior (even makes vaux look ok) but that's with older ones, don't mind focus's that's bout it tho
Oh and don't mention the depreciation of the models like the modeo

Ford just have a different crapness to Vauxhall! Both are manufacturers of mass-produced cars, both can and will cut corners on quality and such like.
But disliking a manufacturer simply because of the badge is a bit pathetic really, unless you have a valid case (ie. you have owned several cars from that manufacturer and have come to the conclusion that they were all crap).
