nah not bought any for the v1 yet
jus edited in photoshop to erase the artificial lightin

if was daylight i coulda got all sorts of dif angles but my tripod limits me

i keep breakin tripods aswell does me head in, mostly droppin them, just i dont wanna pay for one of those mega expensive things that last forever though ah well,

its the swivel bit thats snapped off when i dumped sub on it
vanguard one usin now

theres one make which i forget the name but u can buy all sorts of bits and bobs for it so if u break it, u can just replace the bit, but the initial cost of the pod is mega bucks

what camera do u recomend? i have about 250 to spend. ne links would b great

and whats storage like? how many photos etc, and how expensive r memory card things, as u can tell i know shit about digi cameras

check out www.jessops.com then have a browse for your budget, then search accross the web once u find somet u want for a better price, they also do price matches. Storage depends on how many million pixels ure camera is, higher the less photos u get to a memory card on highest res etc. You can buy bigger memory cars though for storage, ie 16mb, upto over 1gb now, they range from tenner up to a few hundred quid for a couple of gigs memory, but only top cameras need that

ok cheers mate....but whats all this shit about mega pixels? im guessin the more the better....whats the least i should aim for coz ive geard ne thin below 2 million isnt very good, but i havent a clue

2 is the very minimum nowadays, id aim for about 4 ideally, higher the better though, also best makes to look for are, Canon, Nikon, Fuji, Olympus, they are the best ones too look at, u also want an optical zoom, a 3x is the usual

so 3x optical zoom and as close to 4 million mp and i cant go wrong, if i stay with them makes?

whats the diff between digital zoom and optical?

you got it

digital is basically enhancement of the picture uve already taken, or enlargin the area ure pointing at, stay away from digital, optical is zooming through the lens which gives better quality

you can get the cam that icy uses (sony cybershot dsc-v1) over at www.pixmania.com for £290

im definitely getting one this week after seeing icys last 2 photoshoots. amazing quality pics. and in the dark too
