Just come back from the dentist, gotta wear this shitty retainer for 6 months. It's making me gag but luckily nothing has come up yet...

I had the final plastic one foe about a year, lost it about 3 times, left it lying around everywhere and in the end gave up on wearing it.

Wearing train tracks for 18 months was bad enough

yea mate i didnt wear my retainer after i had me braces took off! they didnt go back as bad as they were b4 my braces but the gaps came back
