 STOOPID STOOPID WOMAN
I'm getting emails of a woman I sold a clothes rail to on 3rd April, threatending legal action if I don't give her a £27 refund for the item she purchased!
Basically she broke the first lot of brackets so I sent her some replacement ones, a small sorry gift and refund of postage costs. Now she has emailed to say she has broken the 2nd lot and whats a full refund and she is a lawyer and will sue me 
If this lawyer had brains in the first place, she would of gone to index and paid £5.19 for the clothes rail instead of £21 from me plus £6 postage!
Anyway emails are toing and frowing and I'm trying my hardest to be poleit but also not give her a refund!
What are solicitors called in Scotland BTW?

I have tried all the nice ways of telling her to piss off!
She reckons if I don't refund her in 4 days, she will send the item backl and start court proceedings

well you just contact ebay on the phone first and explain the situation and they will tell you your rights, but as she is damaging the item, unless she can prove that both sets were defective, she doesnt have a leg to stand on.
