how much weight u reckon i need to lose? i think at least 2 stone or so...... lookin at these pics ive just taken i loook mingin
im goin out on me bike 3 times a week, wen i aint got the kids for about 40mins a time, hopefully wont take too long to get it off

eat less shit, have a healthy diet, lots of regular excercise, swimming is good (talking from experience). Maybe try a planned diet like slimming world ? (a friend of mine has had brilliant results on it).
Theres a way to work out your ideal weight, using your height or some shit, somebody here will be able to tell you i'm sure!

do a mixture of things, stick with the bike for 3 times a week and then do swimming the other 2

Start with watching what you eat and with short walks. Then maybe join a gym and do an hour a week. You will soon start to feel the duffrence.

if your the expert why are you still tiny
to drop the body fat, lower your calories and try to avoid eating bread and pasta all the time, do so im small quantaties + also get your self to a gym and do an hour of cardio. Dont do jogging your'll bugger your legs

i cant run anyway, cos i get shin splints and obv cos of my breasts i get really bad backache
i have tried to cut down on bread, and tbh i dont really eat a great deal, just when i do its crap basically
not been eatin properly since the middle of january really and i been gettin really bad skin etc
used to go to slimming world and lost 2stone on it, but i got bored and gave up
weaknesses gotta be savoury stuff, not really crisps or takeaways but i eat looooooooooads of meat n not a great deal of fruit or veg anymore
really need to get my head in gear and start thinkin a bit more
eg i aint had anything to eat today yet
