Call Trading Standards, or Citizen's Advice? They'll be able to give you advice on getting your money back (you haven't said you're trying to get money back from PVD, but with all the threads recently about PVD, it's an educated guess that you are).

From reading the Companies-House information (posted on "another" website) about PVD's ownership & accounts, Vicki is also down as a Joint Director, so she should be able to chat about anything you'd want to chat to Pete about.

well its daft what he is doing because if he refunded people in the first place he wouldnt have to ignore court orders, trading standards and customer phone calls. he's jsut going to end up paying more back in the long run, and the money he has, isnt even his to protect, its people like darren's

I've been to trading standards and they a looking into it.

Yeah Ive spoke to trading standards this afternoon. Credit card company are looking at it but i will turn up at a certain date and get it back
