As you may notice... the wall is brick Now it SHOULD be stone and to say we are pissed off is an understatement It still looks good but a lot less nice than the stone ones... this is an example (albeit a 3 bed)

breeze block inner walls?

that means the whole interior is either plasterboard or theres lots of plastering to do?

i prefer a brick inner wall myself seem's more solid

Spoke to them... some also come 'rendered' - basically painted a gopping yellow colour

Anyhoo... all houses are the same price regardless of build material - just pot luck :S

Ur expected to get a few problems thou dude while the house is settling in, has to go through all the seasons.

Cracks on the walls are most common

Nice one dude, its wicked having a brand new house, mine is very similar to the stone one you put up. I've had mine three years now and had no major problems, and anything I wasn't happy with I just got the developers to come back and sort it out.
