This lady speeks very wise words people, I've got Oxygen on my latest Mix CD, have Flaming June on 12" too - heard the Chicane mix? Just as good as the PVD mix imo

not gettin into an argument mate. you think your taste in music is real music and i do too. i would say music is a band, various instruments and singing live none of this mixed crap. but like i said not gonna argue about it

I'd love to be able to mix.

Mixing IMHO is just a difficult as creating "real" music. I have a lot of respect for it.

i dont mean mixin as in turn tables, i mean mixing as in all this repetitive crap thats made up and sounds the same as every other song just different lyrics. btw laney send me your cd please

Even so, its still isn't easy. You're taking 1 thing and turning it into something completely different. I'd say thats equally as difficult as creating something from scratch to start with.

i understand all the work that goes into using decks, but what annoys me is when you turn to the Box channel and all the songs sound the same. admititly my mate dj's and it takes him several hours for a perfect song for him. even then he still touches parts and messes around more
