i got totally trashed last night, yet i'm not hungover, and i normally don't get hungover apart from when i mix spirits with stuff

my hangovers start about 30 mins when i come back home and go to bed....

they last about 1-2 hours but when i manage to get alseep, i wake up the next morning and i'm totally fine.

i'm not one of these who suffer all sunday cos they went on a hugh bender the nite before

beer rules!

never get hangovers either

although i drink a pint of water before i go to bed, and have a pint of water next to the bed to drink through out the night. Also, having eggs in the morning corrects anything dodgy as it replaces a certain enzyme in your liver (i think)

best thing for a hangover is to have a beer when u get up in the morn go back sleep for 1 hr then wake with no hangover

i used to get headaches (most of the time) when i went out drinking, so started to take headex before i went out..

i drink shit loads of water anyway when i come in from a nite of clubbing and that mainly because i'm abit dehydrated.

since doing these, i havent suffered from a hangover the floowing morning.
this happens to work for me, and i'm not claiming to have found a so called 'cure' for hangover

aswell as ross is pissing on your statement gav, you do it, it works, and the evidence is in YOU! problem solved and new hangover prevention for gav

drinking alcohol does make you dehydrated so drinking water helps but there are more factors to just dehydration. we don;t know how much he drinks and how long he is out drinking for. we also don;t know what he drinks and wither he drinks the same stuff every night. for all we know 3 pints and he's pissed so water helps because he has not drank much.

but if the lad feels better when he does his 'trick' surely if he feels better, he has succeeded in his quest to prevent dehydrating.

i usually drink a pint of milk before i go on a major bender,drink lots of alcohol if im upto it,or just medium amounts, come home drink 2pints of water, go to bed, if i wake up in the night i'll drink more water,and a pint of water as soon as i wake in the morning to replace all the water i loose through the drink binge
