Think it really does depend on the dealer. I was wathcing him build mine yesterday, and he had to do the rear pipe twice cause he messed it up... although i couldnt see anything wrong with it . Like the bloke said though "its gotta be Perfect".

I always go to Top Gear in Burnley. They're a Powerflow dealer and are spot on.
Excellent team and excellent service.
Always got the right advice cause they know their stuff.
It must, as you say, depend on the dealer.
Word of mouth is an excellent advertising tool and the Burnley outlet is TOP

u do hear mixed reviews
imo...if your after a highly customized zhost then powerflow is ur main option.
i have had a watched a local powerflow dealer do 3 cars (whilst i was waiting for my MOT to be done) and they rushed the job on all 3 of them.
the zhorts they had look cheap and when they drove off, they sounded horrid!!!! (i know that they have just put them on and the zhorst may need abit of time to wear in but still, they shouldnt sound like that!)
this sounds like one of the more dodgy powerflow dealers!
personally.... i wouldnt go for one. i'll keep to magnex and other leading names

had 3 powerflows, and no problems really. Only had minor issues, but every time ive gone back, its been sorted out straight away no questions asked free of charge. Cant fault RSR at all, last time it was up on the ramps i had a good look at it and it still looked great, 1 year on

The results (9 months after fitting) of a Powerflow exhaust fitted at Top Gear, Burnley:
http://alcoholic.custard.org/misc/exhaust/
I, for one, will never recommend Top Gear in Burnley or Powerflow, if someone wants a good-quality exhaust......and the "warranty/guarantee" that comes with it means absolutely nothing, I was refused a refund on that pile of rust they deign to call an exhaust because, and I quote, "rust is not covered in the guarantee" (that's quoting BOTH Top Gear & Powerflow).

"This is to certify that the powerflow products fitted by the above approved dealer are hearby guaranteed against any defects in materials or perforation by corrosion for the duration of the original purchaser's ownership of the vehicle to which they are fitted"
Thats quoting my Powerflow Guarantee Card i had with the Exhaust.

Yup, that's the bit I had quoted at me (bold bit above)......so it can become 100% covered in rust (a stainless steel exhaust), and they won't do a thing about it, until it causes a hole.

correct dan , u have to have a proper hole for them to do anything, and the hole looks 'man made' they will again refuse to do anything.
I used longlife, they actually use a decent grade of stainless, mines a year or so old now and all piping still shines if cleaned.
