ok, need help

sanding them down but i have 2 ideas

smooth the top part of the speaker into the door smoothly with a slight slope so it looks all one part

or

bring the speaker directly down into the doorcar so it makes it bold and stand out

at the moment its kind of in the middle and i dont like it

what u think?

oh and you can see the 7 holes where the crossover is going

and would u put tweeters in doorhandles or where mirrors adjuster goes??

smooth the speaker thing so it gradually appears, woill look cool. how does the cars fix to the door in the middle?

tweeters in mirror bits a think, your changing the handles anyway aint ya?

it isnt needed as its fixed on bottom edge

soundproofing stops any vibrations but im going to add a velcro strip too

8 quid for 20 metres of the stuff!!!! thats 2-3 layers per door, mega thick and a fraction of the cost of dynomat

nah mate as i retrimmed them, when i did them first time round about 2 yr ago it was a nightmare!!! that yellow stuff on the back will NOT come off so i had to sand it off

yeah mate its ok cheers, was also caught out by it!

ive sanded the curve so it goes down into the doorcard, not smoothed in, hard to explain really unless u seen a picture, looks different

wanting leccy windows son as i find bits

i know what you mean i tried loads of stuff and ended up sanding it aswell, btw like the door pods.

like hell it does!

used 3 layers and it makles a HUGE difference, also added some on insides too
