Not got it yet, but idea of what I'd like...
Set of 15's (like the Tornado's I already got), or if I can 'find' some, set of 8.5" or 9" wide 15's (multispokes again)
lowered 60mm
de-handled boot, but not fully smoothed (keep numberplate recess)
de-lock the doors using 5-door rear handles & color-code them
full stainless exhaust with single 2.5" inward-rolled exit
full respray in the original color it came in
future plans, possibly an LET & full black-leather retrim inside.
Plan to get the GSi around november to begin, already saving pennies!

Choice of rim is very difficult, they need tobe something either virtually standard looking - ie. Speedline, Irmscher etc. or nice and euro.

Can always convert to 5 stud then you might get a wider choice of wheels.....

Although no one has ever agreed with me, my idea of a well body styled GSI is as follows:
Rims:
Standards painted or metal titanium finish
Speedlines
Cav SRI again painted etc
Compomotives
Bodywork:
Rear valance bonded or similar aftermarket design
Flushed tailgate
Bonded vectra, saxo, modeo spoiler etc
Lowered 40mm in addition to the 20mm standard
colour code everthing (de lock)
smoth the GSI spoiler in
Astra GSI vents

very true!
robbo - ts v.nice ian's gsi! still like multispokes tho compared to 5-spoke wheels, but I might be persuaded to go different...
anyone know any sites where can get 4/5stud 15's in 8.5"+ width?? pref like the ones in the pic above or similiar to a set of tornado's...

It makes me sad every time i see ian's car with speedlines, i had them on my last corsa and no matter how common they are theyare the best wheels for the gsi but i cant get them to clear my brakes on my new one

I'm guessing the allesio's are near impossible to get now as I can't find a supplier with them
plus guess they dont come in 15's?
