Swimming is the best thing really, but if you need free do some running or cycling if you have a bike.

aqua aerobics - fucking hurts tried it on holiday rest of the blokes were faggots I was quite good lol.

skipping - sounds gay but why do boxers do it.

cycling but in a high gear - more strain = more gain. try nd eat brown bread - not too much tho - wholemeal pasta instead of normal pasta- drink plenty of water lay off sugary drinks i.e coke etc diet versions are ok. dont eat too many potatoes ( cant remember exact reason) but there is one.

cycling in a high gear will put more strain on muscles so less on heart and fat burning! stick it in a lower gear and youll have to peddle twice as fast to do the same speed burning loads more calories.

The best thing you can do is(if you can't run) go cycling. Get a sppedometer thing and try and do 6 miles 4 times a week. If you can't do that another easy way is to get one of them pedometer's(step tracker) and try and do 20,000 steps a day, 2 times the recommended amount to keep healthy. You will do it easily then. Also this sounds nerdy but the recommended amount a woman should eat a day is 2000 calories. Cut this by 500 and excerise each day. Also Don't eat highly rated carbs, potatoes or white bread are the WORST!!

aye i need to do the same, starting gliding next year and all ready over the weight limit

btw, whats the best way to loose weight (burn fat) rather than turning the fat into muscle?

oh and one tip i picked up is that you should eat about 2-4hrs before you go to bed, otherwise the it doesnt get burnt off etc etc

If you want to lose weight and tone up a really good way is to do light weight and do sets of repetitions, do this 3 times a week with 1 or 2 cardio days(running/bike/rowing)
