Kerry as far as im aware, they are pretty much similar to gerbils, basically bigger. Gimme 2 mins and ill get detailed info for ya

from what i can gather they also similar to chincilla as they have dust bath. but they eat rabbit food as cant have too much sugar

we let the chinchilla out last night, she found our huge pile of cuddly toys and dived in the middle, staying perfectly still trying to blend in. found her and got a look of complete disgust She also chewed my golf club bag

we got the chincilla a cat tunnel he loves it he scoots up and down hall through it
luke asked about them socialising dont think i will bother. the 2 degu are brothers been together and they stil fight. i am sure they will be curious and investigate through the bars though. also the degu have balls to run around in i am sure chincilla will like to chase them

We also have 2 gerbils, she is forever climbing on top of their cage and upsetting them
