if you get the rite size you can sometimes use a allen key, but your best of getting a socket set, screw driver set with the 'security' sockets in. mine cost about tenner from halfords. there great for tools

i find it easier on the 16v. just get someone to help u hold the cams inline as the inlet one always wants to move a tooth or 2

should mention this so..... apparently the timing belt was changed recently on the engine... when i lined up the marks before i took the belt off the inlet cam was a tooth out

and i dunno why whoever did the job didnt doo the water pump the thing was green with corrosion......

think 1 tooth would have been ok..... well i hope so anyways...

yeah 1 tooth is fine dude, 2 teeth and ya might get a slight contact, Lee mitchel is the man, i have done 3 belt changes and like he said the inlet one always moves a tooth or 2 away from the timing mark, where as the exhaust cam will sit bang on its mark

its easy dude, ya use a champher type drill bit, loosely clamp the con rod cap under the drill and let the cap centre on the drill piece and drill out the specified amount so the ARP's can sit flush.
Dont mix up the caps from their conrods they are specific to eachother.
Then you have to use the grease they supply you with to grease the threads and load the bolts up to the tourqe specified

ARP's pretty simple once you now how just get a lage drill bit drill the hole for only a couple or second and its done.
You need to tighten and loosen them 2 times and the finallly tighten them up. This stretches the bolt
