how do you have a goal when you dont know what it is? There are levels, you have to run a set distance between the bleeps, and the time between the bleeps gets shorter on each level.

i completed this task

basically you have to run from 1 end of the sports hall to the other intime to the beats.....

the levels go up and the gap gets shorter (harder as you go on)

its all about timing, speed, stamina,

5.6 is crap. Although i doubt i could go that far these days.

Yeah, you have to run a set distance between the beeps, they get gradually shorter, so you have to go faster n faster bla bla bla.

just pick a random area and mark out the distance you need to run between too points - i did it on a quite back road for a bit when i needed to do one. You can get the test on tape aswell (prolly download it i would have thought)
One tip I would give would be to try and aim so you are not early. Get to the line just on time then jog round un a 'U' shape and go back. If you stop each time and just turn round to run again you never get into a good rythem and it's alot more tiring!

5.6 is easy! everyone should be able to get this unless they are very unfit.
i think that the best i got was 14 but that was when I was playing rugby a lot and training 4 times a week.
