Did you drink water last night when you were out? a couple of pints of water before you went to bed? If not you will be well dehydrated and its going to take you the rest of the day to hydrate yourself properly. You could speed this up by drinking some hypertonic fluids though.

Get some good food in you to replace minerals and vitamins lost from drinking.

The amount of sugar in that, will provoke your body into an insulin spike, you will feel good for 30 mins or so then you`ll crash again.

I expect there will not be any alcohol left to soak up at this stage. All her cells in her body will be dehydrated, her krebs cycle will not be running properly, hence why a hang over makes you feel like you are dying. The key is to replace fluids and minerals/vitamins not to gobble sugar.
