In November, no.

However, if someone makes me a nice one that doesn't balls up the sizings too much (or rewrites the entire header - either/or) then yes, it may appear.

Do whatever you can, but a hat hanging off the side would cause the image to be far bigger. No good unless we alter the page layout (which isn't out of the question)

Edit to say pixel size not file size.
