well 5:30 yesterday...doing around 70mph on a dual carriageway on the right hand lane.....a landrover pulls out a junction...stop in my lane as he then saw me... i went into the inside lane and then so did he as he thought i wud be able to miss him.....so wrong...smacked him @ 70mph @ his back end. soo luck that me and my gf are still alive. she has a few cuts n bruises n bad whip lash. i have had 5 sticthes in my mouth and 5 on my chin and 7 on my knee.
the car is complete Written off......engine moved into the dash. Going up on wednesday to take sum pics and to strip it.

i am truly gutted....spent alot of money n time in the car....have had it for more then 2 years. but no idea how me and my gf r alive

was in corsa... i will be sellin bits of it..tailgate, lights, exhaust (which is now straight as had it fixed) interior n bits n bobs

the landrover driver accepted blame so will be usin his insurance for the payout

Excellent! Not normally good when you rear-end someone, but glad that's sorted.

Has he formally accepted blame? He might still be able to claim for whiplash and stuff like that - most people do just for the sake of getting more money.

well surly it was the other drivers fault , so you will be payed out for your injurys.

same thing happened to me in march , a taxi wiped me out , spinning my corsa the other way round , flicked me out of my seatbelt and me and my mate we at deaths gate.

thing that fucked me off was the twat was not insured , did not own the car and was doing his mates shift

9month later it still aint got to court
