What are "GFB Hybrid DV" all about. I have heard when fitted you get the tiiissshhhh but half the air is still recirculated to stop turbo lag

hmmm, as i may be getting an ibiza cupra with 1.8Turbo engine, and apparently they do not like the atmos DV, but thats part of the reason i want a turbo really to hear the tissh noise till i get bored of it

yep

The one you mention is adjustable, therefore you can adjust it to complete recirculation or complete atmospheric i believe. Therefore by messing about you can get the sound you want without fully compromising performance.

As for ibizas not working with atmospheric DV's, thats just a rumour. There are loads out there running them, phone bailey motorsport and ask them

would also like to state the GFB is a waste of money. Id get a bailey fitting kit and a turbo XS dump valve. Then invest in a chip and go have some fun.

Get the Stealth FX one if you are going to do it. Fully adjustable rather then 50/50.

I prefer the sound of my waste gate instead thanks

Erm, you mean the fluttering sound? If so, id change yer diverter valve......

erm a louder one hks? tubo smart and theres another one thats sposed to be the loudest and it has 2 trumpets on it aswell
