thought that the Let wouldn't be much different to the xe but having give it a good run tonight i was amazed by the pure torque this engine has

LET Corsas have a grin factor of 22, where as a 20XE Corsa onle has a grin factor of 9... In other words, everytime I o in Steve's I grin all the way

why does'nt someone with deep pockets get an LET up to 630 bhp like the one in the thread teddy posted then that would be the quickest corsa in the world surely???

Worked out actually to be 608bhp.

Do you reliase the cost involved to build that........

Then try to run that though FWD!!!! Good luck fella!

something near a 5 figure sum im sure and i doubt a corsa would be able to keep that much power down even with an LSD are there any RWD, 4wd corsa's about???

It ran 630psi!!!!

Well if the cooling of the charge was spot on and if you could get away with running near stoich on the fuel to air ratio (14.7:1), 1 psi is worth 11 bhp so that would be at least 6930bhp!!!!
