yeah, consifer the fact throttle bodies cost best part of 2k, and whats a quaiffe gearbox 5k? so thats a corsa 2litre 16v for 1k.

nah, your not gettin old, there are better cars around for that money. could get a loony tune saff cossie in show condition for that.

still, kinda aint a bad price, just not really one that is going to sell for that. if it had been stripped out caged and pretty much rally stlye prepared reckon some track nutter would buy it

my GSi cost me £1400 its in as good nick as that if not better. got a let sitting with F28 thats done 58000 miles that i got for £800 his is way over priced lol

so you think at 8k for 2k's worth of throttle boddies and 5k's worth of gearbox its over priced??

dont take offence then, but that means if your car was up for sale it would be over priced at anything over 2200, which im sure is probably half of what you would want.

if that corsa was to be stripped or bits, would probably get 8k in parts for it

true i guess. id want 6k for mine i suppose in that case i reckon. i still think its worth more than what, 4k though. a quaiffe straight cut gearbox and a lsd is over 5ks worth on its own.
