As the title says I need one to sort out a few things, does anyone know where I can hire one or buy one?

Really I dont want to buy one, I've tried HSS to see if they let them out to hire but no luck

Even better anyone in the Essex/Hertfordshire area able to lend it to me for a few days/week?
