Saw it yesterday but it was gone too fast to get pics was around arrowe park, silver with inta front bumper and a black bonnet and a big massive FMIC. I saw this car at a mates garage a couple of years ago when it had a turbo'd c16xe done by courtney and the reason I know it's now got a z20 let is because it said so on the back and it still has courtney stickers all over it.

Does anyone know who's it is?

It was at PVS. work is good. But i bet they paid so much money. Only to realise a C20 LET is miles better.

LET has a bit more power, i wouldnt say its miles better based on that alone, the z20 will be far more reliable for a start

If you rebuilt it it would be just as reliable.

You need ot replace the turbo on a Z20 if u want anymore power than 250bhp. The std LET turbo can take just about 300bhp IIRC, its far easier to tune due to widespread amount of kit and knolledge about the engine.

IIRC the Z20LET is about £6 or something silly. U could have a wallace performance max spec rebuild on an LET that could withstand 400bhp for £3kish.

It makes sense, in time it may become better, but for now the C20 LET is a far wiser choice unless u have an extremely large wallet and a very small cranium.

thanks peeps I thought it was a bit mad using the newer z motor in their when so much is known and has been developed with the c20 let. Looks quite mean but did look like a proper git driving it.

Where are you from? It clearly says z20 let on the back though what would be the point in that
