anything i need to know
worried on connecting the fuel system up
and the exhaust

guessig the rest is easy

1.4 SRi manifold and downpipe... mpi fuel pump, best to check the pipes out from the back of the car though. Rest is a piece of pish

right mate
this a freinds car the one thing i really need to know is

the corsa has a 9 pin plug "i think its 9" in the footwell the corsa engine/ecu connects to it
how does the nova loom connect to it?
as i think the nova's ecu is under the bonnet

also will a 1.2 8v manifold bolt to the engine as its a custom system and he dont wanna lose it

not too sure on the fanyymould, but wiring is usually colour for colour on this kinda thing, i dare say the nova engine loom has provision for entering the car and threfore splice in to the car loom (soldering a corsa loom plug on would be better)

yeah i have two spare corsa engine looms so ill swipe the plug
so i just stick the plug on it and all will be fine?
doing it this weekend and need to be 100% on what im doin

should be ok... post me some pics up, i'll help where i can... but it should be colour for colour matching, i was looking at running one on carbs in my car

its a fairly easy swop i put one into my corsa sri. if the 1.28v manifold is the same as the sri it will fit. loom is colour for colour but it wont reach into the car so you will have to run wires from it into the footwell. nippy engines mine had twin 40's on it and it flew

im fucking knackard!

just changed the fuel pump
all is left it
make a bracket 4 ecu
tie clip loom so its tidy
change a coolent pipe
fill coolent
top up oil
fit new brakes

and im done
