im looking at a 1999 (thinks its a V reg, from the pic, cant see )
its has 82k on the clocks, was wondering if this was bad

high mileage would be 65k to 75k i would say, as when i bought mine 2 year ago it had 40k on it.

Price is good, Richies T reg went for 2k (but only had 30k)
I still wouldnt buy anything with a milega like that, depends on how long u plan to own the car and how many miles you do, eg if i was to buy that id have the mileage close to 100k in a year or so!

how can high mileage be 65k to 75k the average mileage per year is 12k for a six year old car anything up to 72k i would say is fine

Yeh as long as the car has FSH and cambelt done when necessary it should be fine; my Nova had alomost 160K on when i sold it on the original unrebuilt engine and i had no problems with it and was still pushing out more than standard BHP.

dont like ebay, and looked on auto trader not really loads of 1.2 sxi's, black with colour coded bumpers and mirrors and them alloys ^
and within the price range of a poor old student
