Following on from Painz' thread I was wondering how many people have their own houses on here and how old you are? This is my house - 3 bed detatched with garage/garden on a new development..
Pics are a bit dated now, been in since April.

I will not be out of parent's house for long time yet, no where near rich enough  plus I get everything I need at home which suits me for now.

I have my own place. I was 22 when I got it. Its a 2 bedroom flat in the center of Bournemouth valued at £180k 
I got it for a lot less than that

i am 25 and own my own place
2 bedroon house
Payed cash aswell for it so no morgage 
Work for myself as a window cleaner (15 hours a week; 3 half days)
(sisters old house and shes loaded so said give her what she paid for it x ammount for years ago)
