My car is going in to "Jamsport" 2morow, for a fair bit of engine work.
The work being done to my Corsa GSI is:

PORTED HEAD WITH MATCHED MANIFOLDS
FAST ROAD CAMS
FULL ECU REMAP
SHORT MOTOR REBUILD, POSSIBLE POCKETING OF PISTONS
FAST ROAD CLUTCH

Ohh and if i can get hold of an lexmaul that will be going on
So if anyone has one for sale, let me know.

Ill post pics of progress, and once its done ill do a lil video, should be quite nippy

jamsport are very good IMO, good choice matt.... you shall see my car there! carl, they do a fair bit on pugs and saxo's, specially the gti and vts....

Its costing me 2k + Vat mate
Ive herd allot about your car mark from dan hehe

wouldnt think itll be over 150 to be honest mate! will be similar spec to mine before and that was 140..... what management you going for, the remap that wayne does?

Should be allot quicker, having lighter flywheel, v6 brakes on the front, and gettin a rear disc conversion.

Well a lexmaul adds 22brake so they say, ECU remaped by wayne yes, and the fast road cam kit, should be 150 around ish brake

no ur doin typical thing everybody does adding power up by what box says it dont work like that, typically u should only expect 4-8 bhp just from cams and remap, thats not to say there crap but characteristic of the engine will change and feel better its not just down to figures, its like ive always said if i was to remove 5 bhp from everybodys car on corsasport i bet no1 would notice thats how littler it can be

and theres no way ur gonna push 150 bhp with lexmaul yes its gr8 but u need to remove the restrictive bottom part goin round back of the engine

matt, seriously seems like its my old spec so 140 will be reaslistic, and it will be a noticable gain, will be fun to drive! you need to have verniers to get the most out of the cams and you cant run verniers on standard management. but as said it will be impressive when done

i think i need to get my car into Jam asap, need that pesky 1.6 first, then the cams and porting can be done, and i'll be hoping for about the same power as broster
