Did calibra leather seats come with solid head rests or the open ones or both?

Depends on the age of the car they came out of i imagine. Some cloth seats had solid and hollow head rests.

you need a relay and two switchs and the housing around the heater control for where the switches go
and hope you have the wiring as my mates ls did not
he fitted a complete sport loom in the end
all callys have solid head rests no matter if they are leather or cloth

Ok, so if I wanted to run these off say the back of my fag lighter, I'd run a wire from the red live there to a relay (which does what btw?) and then through a switch, connecting to the red wire on the bottom of the seat? Then the brown one just earths to the bodywork?

Basically that ^ for each seat?

no a corsa with a decent spec wiring loom has the wires already for heated seats
if you lift the carpet up they are taped up in the loom under each seat

"oh look, a bit of wiring loom from a calibra, let's shove that in too"
