finally got away from the vauxhall corsa bug,
Makes a change to drive a car without loads of vibrations and feeling unsafe!
Performs well(got a bit scared when someone pulled out on me at 125, private road of course)

BBS 18"s are on the way!

Get some pics up 2morro when its light and i've cleaned it!

Need a smaller car for that engine to be fun, i.e. mine

If its a 1.8T that is.

cudnt quite stretch to a S3 would have loved one tho
Yeh its a mk4, quite a nice car i think, could do with a bit more power soon.
Though going from a 45 horespower corsa to a 150 bhp is a bit of a shock

ah, so its good al round for you then... 45bhp, god, id never have coped with that

dont get me wrong, the one i drove earlier was a nice car, but i dont think the engine is right really, they call it a GTi, but its not got the Gti feel to it, seemed a bit slow really, but then i suppose a few choice mods would sort that

still prefer the a3/s3 though, just looks neater imo

golf still looks good even after all these years having said that

rather the claimed 45bhp form the 1.2 8v with years of thrashing and uncareful lady owners so probs not even that powerful.
I did look at A3 but cudnt get as good as the golf

thats also a bonus then

i absolutely love the S3's.

its a close call with a golf mk4 and an audi s3 but the audi would just win because its an s3

nice cars, there very smmoth to drive, be carefull of window regs falling out though

and make sure you use proper screenwash in it (and anyone else thats got a VAG car) as the water in the pipes freezes, and breaks the rear washer pipe connection, which shorts out the rear boot latch, which fucks it

Cool.

What BBS's are you getting? RC's?

Also the S3 is either 210 or 225 depending on what year the car is.

Finally there is no such thing as the "RS3" yes I know you can re-badge it to say that but....

Yes as I found out.

That's why I no longer have a rear wiper

Although I was going to remove it anyway to keep in with the smooth look

thats what he had done, but i thought that me calling it an rs3 best described the sheer brilliance of his car, it was badged as an rs, and had 338bhp, i think that warrants the "r" really, i was willing to let it go
