Do you not copy it all to the memory card, and then run it from the phone?
Did you download Tom Tom Mobile, and not the PocketPC? Stupid question but one of my friends downloaded the PocketPC version and tried to get it to run on his N70.

Just copy these folders into the root of your RS-MMC and away you go. Folders should be:
Great Britain Map (or Map folder of some description)
itn
Licences
raster
voices
TomTom
system
schemes
Have you got a bluetooth GPS reciever? Let me know how you get on.

I've got a reciever, but its at work. Will give this a go
There seems to be a load of pre loaded crap on these phones, takes up lots of memory
Stuff like Microsoft word/office/powerpoint viewers & adobe acrobat stuff. Tempted to delete it?

If you've got a decent size RS-MMC then shouldn't really matter however it can sometimes slow things down.
Theres a new firmware due out soon (v.5) so keep your eyes peeled for that. Irons out a few problems apparently.

Update:
Got my 1gb card now So I've been trying to get all the tom tom data onto my card
You said to put it into the root of my MMC, what exactly does that mean?
I've tried just putting it in there not in a folder (there is an images, videos folders etc) & it didn't work. Just about to try putting all of them into the "other" folder to see if that works
Cheers
