Ok.. It's been a shitty week for the Corsa.

Just spent the last half hour rolling round on the floor trying to put my driveshaft back in. All good fun. This is because I had to take evasive action to avoid hitting a large deer. Ended up mounting a traffic island .

Smashed some of the bellhousing from the bottom of the gearbox, scratched the sump, put the tracking out and moved the driveshaft out. Whoops.

I'm not as bothered as I probably should be. I have put a big score along the top of the traffic island and other various scratches

What's the gearbox on the 1.2 8v? F15? More Hassle and money to be spent . Managed to drive it home ok... Wouldn't fancy the clutch in wet weather though.

Up for work in 4 hours too

Quite a few people on the site are having crashes recently. Not a good year so far for corsa owners.

I'd go with f10 as F13/15's are on 1.4/1.6 16v sports and poss 1.2 16v

TBH, I cheered up when I saw the wheels were still where they were supposed to be in the arch .

Not too scared about changing a gearbox
