..quite happy with how it went, and looks alot better in my opinion.

but there is one bit i need help with, the badges came off ok as did the main bit of glue stuff

, but all that is left now is a clear outline of where the glue was/still is
you can sort of see it in this pic -

any help as to how to get rid of this would be muchly appreciated

carfully use a blade edge on it,and elbow grease and T-cut!

took me ages to get them off lol, literally about 4 hours

had to buy a new hair dryer too, but gave it mum as a present when was finished

polish can get it off, failing that some meths shud be ok or the tar and bug remover someone else suggested.

if nothing shifts it use a cutting compound like g3

I just polished it off when I did mine and kept polishing it for the next few days and it dissappeared

run a nail over it, is it raised off ure paint or is it set into your paint... the later isn't wat u want btw...

hold it on and rub like a bitch and it comes off!!

mine was a fair mess when I done it and theres not a mark

takes off the glue left behind the rubber aswell

there is a proper way of removing the irritating marks which no-one has mentioned, if you're friendly with any bodyshop people or mechanix they have a proper tool its circular and made out of rubber but for christ sakes dont use a blade you will damage the paint

I used a credit card to scrape the excess stuff of on my old corsa then just scrubbed like a cunt with polish until it was totally gone
