the thing that we looked at when i bought my corsa the other week was the vim plate make sure it matches with the log book, check the floor to see if they are wet or not, make sure that it wasnt rotten under the bonnet, the boot etc


theres loads of things we checked

hope this helps a bit mate

Just looked more closely at the pics, and noticed the bonnet seems to have some rust on it, how easy is this to get rid of, if i was doing it myself

Will be hard to blend in with rattle cans. A body shop would re do the bonnet and blend in to the wings.

Looks ok for a first car to be honest mate.

Do the usual checks (servicing/maintenance) and all should be fine.

guess it will be high mileage cos its not listed in the ad. listen carefully to the engine for rattles and knocks, quick look underneath at the suspension cups at the back, and if its lowish mileage then check for interior wear on pedals bolsters and steering wheel

plus the year of it..

i would concentrate on passin your test before buying your car.. then you can save up more money while taking your lessons
