Mantzel copy from vx paul on mig. It will come with the enlarged throttle body (loads bigger than standard), intake hose (cav TD), throttle cable and possibly a home made EGR blanking plate. I also thnk I have the fitting instructions somewhere. WANTING £212 DELIVERED

Showing difference in throttlebody size





Will fit x16xe , x14xe and c16xe with the x16xe lower manifold. Rye


Ive had an offer on the throttlebody so anybody wants the box on its own for £125 plus delivery? OR TAKE THE LOT FOR £212 DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR

I've got one of these on my Corsa - awsome bit of kit! With an air filter, 4 branch standard center section and sportex back box i produced 135bhp at 6968rpm at Well Lane Turbo Centre!!!! Thats with 126,000 miles on my engine too!!

the above quote is slightly exaggerated but they are definitely worth the money, the best mod you can buy for the small block xe for that sort of money

How does it rev to 6968rpm with a standard ECU

How does it connect to the throttle bit? (by the side of the battery and just in front of the water bottle?)

The throttle body gets moved to the left hand side. Its just above the blue plug

I said that and I can tell you its not exaggerated, 100% true, I'll send you the print off if you like and a few piccys of my engine bay!!

Standard X14/16XE's limit at 6750rpm. Not virtually 7,000rpm!

according to vaux handbook thing

x14xe = 6500rpm
x16xe = 6600rpm limit
