just stinking out loud...

Whats the standard weight of a 32gtr?
How much do you think it could be lightened without going to the drilling holes in metal work and poly windows etc?

Do you think its possible to get it to 1000kg?

yes.... i want to do it....

but there are a number of things to think about before just opening up my pish flaps and spunking out several k's

Will need to get the cuntrsa back first to see what its all about.... race it a few times... then prob split/punt

Was toying with the idea of an impreza track car last night.... not too sure on that though...

adam, from what i know, if you drive an impreza hard, like its sposed tothe engine expectancy is very short

if im wrong about the above statement then ignore me, my mate had his impreza back 2 months and its lunched ts front main bearings

engine has a full complete re-build,

id go with the skyline

from what i know, oversized pistons uprated rods, and bearings all new seals and gaskets, lightened fly, uprated clutch, de-cat, new turbo possibly a larger one, and remapped on std ecu i think.

started knocking on the front bearings 2 months after having it back.
