I think Rafa will do something similar to what Wenger has done for the past few matches and use different players for Premiership and Champs League matches.

Adebayor has been good for us in the League whilst Van Persie has played in the Champions League. Has worked quite well.

Yes he's been changing for most games but I agree I think he'll favour bellamy and crouch in the CL for some reason
