Corrado has lost quite a lot of water, not sure whats wrong, hopefully something small and cheap

am keeping my eye on it, may attempt to flush the coolant and refill myself

its either

-start of headgasket failure
-heater matrix (already changed once)
-a pipe leaking

i've not been thrashing it about either, am worried

i remember when i had the Camry, i was half way through a 500mile trip, stopped at a service station to check the water. had lost heaps of water. filled with coolant, went for a piss, came back and it had spat the coolant back out through the expansion tank. so im like "fuck you then, die of thirst, see if i care". with it being an old toyota, it didnt even care about not having water

if it is headgasket then i'm told i may as well get lots of other bits done at same time.

-timing chains
-head rebuilt
-clutch

if i want to get fussy about it

timing chain is a non serviceable item. only replace if it starts rattling? AFAIK

well clean the chain and replace the tensioners, its the tensioners that break, never the chain

I'm just going off what I know for the 1.2 16v engine in my Corsa as that has a timing chain so presumed any other engine with a chain would be the same
