Keep this day free!
I am thinking we should have a get together somewhere in Reading perhaps which is nice and central for the region. We are going to go and have a bit of lunch somewhere, maybe a drink if you aren't driving and then a mince about peoples cars.
Suggestions are welcome and I will finalise everything next weekend. So who's up for it?

Thinking of parking up at the multi story and heading on over the the Oracle and eating somewhere. Then having a bit of banter and phototaking. Then going home...

Right, been phoning around, some places like Nandos don't do bookings, other places like Old Orleans do. If I am going to make a booking we need to make a list I'll start it off:
ed
SteveW
Captain Dave
VegasPhillip
Paul_J?
S1MON
I'll pop a link in GC too just to let the slackers know whats happening and to remind the SE lot about our little get together

Unless I'm walking I'm gonna have a job getting there... Over a month since I fucked my gearbox, and the list of problems with my car doesn't stop.
It's still in the garage.
you shouldn't need to book if your thinking lunch... That whole riverfront bit you just walk up and down and try a few places and say 'table for however many' and just find one that'll take us.
May have to wait a few mins for a table, but just let the banter flow.
If the S.E boys would join us that'd be banter licious.
Though Please tell OJC and Rach as they will deffo come, just they don't check the forums.

Ok, so we wont book anywhere, we will turn up and demand a table. If it goes wrong, I blame Paul_J
Right, so the plan of action is:
Meet up at the car park at 2pm. Can somone please confrim that the car park we want to go to is the one at the Oracle. Seems to make sense to me as thats where we are going...
Banter until about 2:30pm until all the late people arrive.
We'll go for a walk about to go find a good eatary... Then eat.
Then go for a drink in a bar.
Then go home
