Evenening people,i bought some lowering springs of ebay and the guy said that they lower the car by 60mm(i'm not convinced).Is there any way of finding out how much they really lower the car by.Looking at everyone who has lowered by 60mm mine do not look like them.

I'd say that was down 40mm.

Top of the tyres are usually just under the arch if they're lowered 60mm.

Get a standard corsa, measure from the ground to the front bottom corner of the door, then do the same on yours, see what the difference is.

on the back springs do the middle to coils usally rub together?these make a bit of noise.

I'd say the middle three coils are usually touching on mine.

could it be the tyres,do some tyres have bigger side walls that make them go up to the arch?

16s on spax springs and shockers

just a thought but did you buy -60mm springs for the basic corsa. Cos if you did it wouldnt lower a sport by that much as they sit lower as standard

id highly recomend that kit i bought mate, handles times better now and its not too low.

yeah they will be, if there was a part number on the spring itself you should be able to find out if they are right or not

To be honest all the red paint that was on the back springs has nearly all come of and the front arnt much better.I should have bought new i tryed to grab a bargin.
