Hey all, right......I was browsing through the classified section when i came across a lad called Iain M, who wanted a Bad-boy bonnet with an extended front lip. At the time he was asking someone else to make him one but the guy never got back to him...so i offered to make it for him....we agreed on a price and here are some pics of it from saturday night....the first night i worked on it after a couple of hours. O by the way he wanted it spraying Vauxhall Flame Red aswell(all in the price)....which is going to be done tomorrow at work.
After Welding:
After 1st Layer of filler and smooth a bit(still rough) lol:
Then after 2nd layer of filler Unsmoothed:
Got more pics of the work thats been done upto now. Just need to get them from the camera to my computer. Should have pics of it all sprayed up either 2moro 3/1/07 or thursday.

Here are some more pics from Monday/tuesday, didnt do out on sunday as was out get rat arsed lol.
after a few skims finally this was last skim of filler....just to get the extended lip free of all the high n low spots:
Here it is smooth, just before i top galved it:
Got few more pics to load up.....e.g. the bonnet after it had been top galved...just to take all the little pin holes out and to make it smooth. Should have more pics of the bonnet in primer and sprayed either 2nite or 2moro.....just waiting to see if night shift have finished there work so i can go back and spray it, and take pics of it in primer.
